found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property and even more wonderful hosts!!! I have been on the road non-stop for 4 weeks and I feel terrible that I am just now leaving a review almost 2 weeks late! These people deserve a shout from the mountain top!

This place is amazing! Hidden away but close to everything. It’s a large space yet supper cozy with beautiful surroundings areas. Wonderful for families. The host was super attentive. Hope we can come back and stay here again. We loved it.

Tim’s place was perfect — I would definitely stay again. The ski in ski out was amazing. We stayed for 3 night and had a blast spring skiing in shorts.

Everything was great. And the host was responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would book again for a future visit. Clean, friendly and welcoming in all ways.

I had a wonderful stay at Dana's place. The apartment has an enormous view of the mountains on the west side of town, and is above town in a quiet neighborhood, but literally only a 7 minute walk down to main street. I only saw the owner once and one other person within view of the house in the 4 days I was there in June. The place was spotlessly clean and Dana was easy to communicate with and very helpful when I had specific questions about the area. I hope to return one day!

We had a great stay at Toby and Lauretta’s place. The unit is exactly as advertised. Easy walk into town and to the ski lift. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Great Location! I went up with my family & it was perfect, loved that it had everything we needed. Our son loved the bunk beds. Definetly will book again when we go to the mountains. It was well organized & everything we needed was in email or in the manual. Jesse was easy to contact, but honestly we had zero issues.

Wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown for meals and shopping. Bus stop right across the street and near the snowflake lift to get to peak 8 for skiing. Can not recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location right opposite Gravity Haus - so easy for skiing from the Village and so much choice in the evening for drinks and dinner. But, accommodation so thoughtfully stocked it was so easy to cook in at home and hang as a family. Really nice renovation in an old block. Instructions so clear (even if I missed the key bit ☺️) and the owners were so responsive when I couldn’t find that bit (thank you!). Sweet view from balcony out across to Frisco. We would all stay again next year - plenty of space for us to sleep well and not cramp each other. Thank you!!

Lisa’s place was very nice and had everything needed for a week’s stay. There was one small incident when we checked in, but it was easily taken care of and Lisa was very appreciative. Communication throughout was excellent with quick responses, and even when we forgot a cooler, Lisa was quick to notify the cleaning crew that we were heading back to get it. She even followed up to make sure we got it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep it in mind for our next trip back to Colorado! Side note, the property manager, Greg, was very nice and even gifted our little boys a custom walking stick he made. We were beyond grateful.

This place is so cute! We loved the decor and it was very clean. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. We had everything we needed in the condo. Bonus was the deck. It has beautiful views and a stream running through the property. Made it very peaceful. Parking was easy. We used the hot tub as well. Easy to access and very clean. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. We will be back!

Great condo right on the slopes. We were able to ski right to the lifts every day. The hot tubs were convenient and not busy at all- but we were slightly off season. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The place was great. Exactly what a couple needs. Very easy to get to restaurants and shops of Breckenridge and to the ski resort. Would definitely stay again!

perfect the short term stay

I really love the location. You can ski directly to the cabin via 4 o’clock. The place is also comfortable and the stove and fridge are very nice.

Lori's place was inviting and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and unwind after some long days of skiing. It was in a perfect location to access a bunch of great ski areas as well as the great restaurants/breweries/distilleries in Frisco and Breckinridge. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again in the future.

Our spring break trip was amazing. The condo was very clean and in a great location, walkable to everything we needed. We didn’t use our car once that week. We kept it in the attached private garage which was a great asset to this property. For skiers, the gondola is a short walk or there is a ski bus stop directly next to the condos. Both easy and free! Leaving was stress free. Many rentals leave a list of all the tasks they want you to do when leaving. Melissa’s place was simple and only asked you to take the trash out. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great week.
