Apartment holiday rentals in Buenavista, Carabanchel

Dear ones, good afternoon, for reasons of privacy and distrust and decided to leave Mrs. Sara's place in. valladolid, calle Divina Pastora 8 on the 6th floor, I think I was less than two hours on the spot. In the first place I did not want to give the keys to the apartment and I end up giving them with a lot of distrust since he told me that he did not usually do it. Then she tells me that the bathroom was shared with another guest, which I don't know. At that moment she tells me that she had to do some shopping and she was going to be away from the apartment, at the time about ten minutes I feel that someone comes in, (I thought it was her) I did not see her and I feel that she is going to cook, even there no problem but I realized that they were relatives of the lady who ate in the place, two adults and I think one or two minors and the worst thing I locked in my room I feel that I had the door to show her relatives a reform done earlier, I really felt like a lack of respect for me.

Staying at Mercedes' place was very cool! She's a friendly and an easygoing person with a beautiful energy! One of the things that really touched me was how kind and open Mercedes was with my little son. It's not something that you always expect, and it honestly meant a lot to me. She created such a welcoming atmosphere not just for me, but for him as well.

Rachel was very kind and accommodating specially in the middle of the blackout. Her apartment was beautiful and comfortable.

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Martha and her husband are such kind and thoughtful hosts, and I had a lovely stay at their place! I arrived much later than expected due to a flight delay, but they welcomed me so kindly - offering me water and even recommending a nearby spot that was still open so I could grab something to eat. They also let me leave my luggage at the apartment after check-out until my flight later that day, which made things so much easier. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - cosy, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with a metro station just around the corner! I really appreciated their hospitality and felt very comfortable in their home. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Madrid!:)

Aline was flexible receiving my luggage before checking in, which I appreciated a lot. I always felt very quiet and comfortable in her space with her family. Thank you!

Everything was great! Super central and the room is spacious, as seen in the photos. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is shared with 3/4 more people, so sometimes the bathroom or kitchen are usually very crowded, other than that everything is excellent!

We had a beautiful stay in Madrid, thanks to the apartment and the attention of Andres, who was very kind. He even went to look for me when I arrived near the accommodation because I was lost, and he was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable in every way, meters from the Sol, which allowed us to move easily around Madrid. I would definitely rent it again on the next trip to Madrid. Thank you very much Andres!!!

Staying at Carlos's apartment was great! He waited for our arrival, accommodated us and showed us everything we could enjoy in the apartment. Very good amenities and recommendations. The location is fantastic, although the movement of people is constant, the fact of the internal apartment allowed us to rest without noise. 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, a full area of places to eat and shop.

I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Pedro Pablo’s place. It had great location and was perfect for what I needed. Additionally, Pedro Pablo provided great communication and was able to recommend things in the area for me to see and do. 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

It was great to have a locker service in the building. Vicky was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. Basic pantry and functional kitchen . Was spotless, very comfortable and well presented.. it was great to bathroom supplies that were organic and not simply small disposable plastic containers of cheap crap. Bed very comfortable quality sheets and good towels.

I chose to stay in David's apartment for my graduation and it was an excellent decision. The place was impeccable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extra blankets and cushions for comfort, as well as an iron and hangers, which is a very useful detail, and the kitchen has everything you need to do whatever you want. David was very attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is ideal: close to subway and bus stops, and just a 15-minute walk from the Opera area, full of restaurants and lots of nightlife. Totally recommended.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.
