Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and a 7-minute walk from the metro station with a direct line to the center in 30 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds and the other is an en-suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking area without payment.
