Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Buford

This home was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. The floor plan was perfect for meeting up with my son and his family. We were able to have a wonderful family bbq. The only thing I would suggest is putting a small tv in the bunk bed room for the small humans so the adults could congregate in the main living space (our 5 year old hogged the tv in the main space 🤣) Our beds/mattresses were way more comfortable than most hotels. We’ve now turned my son and daughter in law on to using Airbnb as well. Regina was wonderful!! Can say enough good about her attentiveness!!!!

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

What an amazing home on the lakefront! Gorgeous views of the lake with multiple places to gather outside and take it all in. Besides spending time on the dock, we spent most of our time in the screened in "4 seasons" room enjoying coffee in the morning, meals throughout the day, cocktails at sunset, and playing games. Everything about our stay was a 5 star experience from the time we checked in until we left. Katie left clear instructions on how to check in along with some recommendations for the area. She was quick in resonding to inquiries and made us feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The ping pong table was a hit along with the kayaks on the dock. All were used frequently. It was an idyllic location and the perfect family getaway for our long weekend at the lake!

Wonderful stay with a fantastic host! I had a great experience staying at Brown Duck Manor! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Manny was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at the Home in Buford, and my family and I had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the needed amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. Daniela, the host, was incredibly welcoming and informed us about everything we needed. The home is located near many restaurants and the Mall of Georgia. We loved waking up, drinking our coffee on the deck, and looking out at the trees in the back. This place calmed our spirits as we prepared for a wedding. I would stay there again when I go to the area. It is definitely a Southern charm.

The house was nice, whenever I had a question Nancy responded quickly, the overall experience was great.

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. We spent a weekend at the house and had a great time. Small kitchen, but big enough for what we needed. The deck was beautiful! Some smaller nightstand lamps in the bedrooms was the only thing we were missing!

Everything was great ! Very quick responses everything matched the description nice backyard views.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Location was very quite calming.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
