The apartment is self-contained on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a wooded park. The single-story cottage has its own private entrance. Ski slopes 25 minutes' drive away and water sports stadium 5 minutes' drive away.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.
