We had a great stay , the apart was spotless and very well equipped. The access with the lifts within the apartment building, and down from reception, and down to the beach meant it was ideal for us having someone with limited mobility in our party. The complex itself was lovely, though as our visit was too early in the season, unfortunately none of the restaurants or the supermarket on site were open. That said, this would be a perfect location for families to holiday in.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Препоръчвам мястото! Мястото е много тихо и спокойно и има красива гледка към планината. На пешеходно разстояние има хубави ресторанти и супермаркети. Домакинът предостави пълни инструкции и беше активен в нашата комуникация. Настаняването беше лесно. Апартаментът беше чист и кухнята разполагаше с всичко необходимо за приготвяне на храна.

Easily one of the best airbnbs I have been to. The apartment looks brand new and exactly like in the photos! The host went out of her way to leave everything one might need in the property- starting from all kinds of kitchen equipment, an iron/ironing board and hair drier, all the way to beach towels, nail polish remover, two types of shower gel, lots of spices, coffee capsules and even lady materials like pads and tampons for the guests’ convenience. The overall communication from start to finish was very easy and the host was always very friendly with us. The property was easy to find and although it has no designated garage, it wasn’t hard to come across parking spots around the building. Not too far from the centre, this apartment will be the perfect place for anyone with a car, who wants to enjoy not only the beautiful city of Varna, but also the cozy atmosphere that the property is offering!

Wonderful place to stay in Sofia! The apartment is on a fairly quiet street, but is less than a 10 minute walk to the center of Sofia. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay, and Diana sent some great local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sofia!

We had a great stay at iskras property. We went there to ski in early March and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The location is perfect… few minutes walk to the Gondola, right next to ski hire shops and next to the town. The property itself is stunning. Iskra was a great host and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Would happily stay here again

Ik ben zelf een maand in het appartement verbleven en het verblijf is voortreffelijk verlopen. Terry was altijd heel vriendelijk en attent en stuurde wekelijks een melding om te kijken hoe het ging. En om te kijken of er iets was waarmee zij mij kon helpen. Het appartement zelf was heel schoon en practisch ingericht en heeft alle benodigdheden en meer (ik kan echt op niets komen, wat het appartement niet heeft) Het is wel iets verder van het centrum, maar er is een rechtstreekse metro vanuit het huis naar het centrum die ongeveer 20/25 min duurt. Dit appartement is dan ook zeker een absolute aanrader voor een ieder die niet in het centrum zelf wil verblijven. en ik zal het bij mijn volgende bezoek zeker bezoeken

We had a great time Mark's place. The apartment is in a premium location with ocean views, right in front of the pool, on the top floor (note: there is no elevator). The resort was not too crowded when we visited, the staff were friendly and all the restaurants were good. We'd stay again if we have the opportunity.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

Basic but nice apartment with everything you need. Located a bit away from ski gondola etc, but wasn't an issue for us. Good value for money for stay in Bansko.

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Really nice beach, beautiful terrace with sea view, bathrooms a little too old, really friendly and communicative owner, thank you! A second key would be helpful for bigger groups.

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

The location of the house is absolutely amazing. The river anf the woods are just 2 mins from your yard. There is an amazing barbecue and an amazing garden. The communication with the host and everyone was perfect.
