Located on the road of Bomun Tourist Complex and Bulguksa in Gyeongju, the property is 7 minutes by car from Bomun Complex, 5 minutes from Bulguksa, and is located in an area where it is good to travel to Gyeongju's downtown tourist attractions and Yangnam, and Gampo (Sea Area Station) in about 20 minutes. Cozy House is a modern-style duplex and is a great space for couples to use. Enjoy a relaxing view of Mt. This is a spacious, clean, and spacious house with a goodle room in a newly built traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There are Seorak Seowon, Muyeol Kingdom, and other Seorak Tumulus-guns nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk away, so it's a great place to take a walk. There's also a fun event for the old house concert held every Saturday in Seorak Seorak Seorak between April and October.

Four families went without dads, just moms and babies, and we had a lot of fun. There are a lot of toys, and we brought a lot of disposable diapers, but we didn't use any of them! Everything is prepared, so you just have to go!!!! They prepared the tube for us, and the pool water temperature was just right. It was warm. ^-^ Even with the kids and moms, it was still spacious! I really want to go again. The grill was an electric grill, but since I was grilling shellfish, they brought me another grill plate, so I was so grateful and used it well.

Gorgeous Hanok in a fantastic location to explore Gyeongju. We had an excellent time. Easy walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The off-street parking for our hire car was very convenient. The large bath and swimming pool were excellent features and made for very relaxing evenings. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

I have a child while living in Gyeongju, so I often go to a full villa, and it was the best accommodation☺️. First of all, the host's kindness was the best. The pool was very spacious, the water was warm, and the host adjusted the temperature one more time when I went in. He also asked about my child's gender and adjusted the bedding! I'm very sensitive to bedding, I slept very comfortably. The bedding was so clean! The whole house was very warm. It was the first time I've seen an accommodation with this many towels~ There's a baby bottle sterilizer, baby food, and a baby chair. The slide and sandpit outside are also great for the kids to play. It was cold, but we played for a bit before checking out, and my kid really liked it even though it was for a short time! I am 10000% willing to revisit. My kid wanted to come again. I will visit again next time. Happy New Year!! I had a happy time☺️.

Five men were able to enter and enjoy the pool, and they kindly responded to the change in the number of people a few days before the reservation. The electric grill and the tools provided in the accommodation were great, so there was no need for additional disposable foam.

I rested for a whole day in the beautiful village of Gyeongju, just like the name suggests. The front yard and backyard were well decorated, and the bedding, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean. ^^ You also provided a fireworks show, so it was a family trip full of memories. ^^

There is an accommodation on the third floor in a three-story building (with a good view.....). The owner is doing skin scuba-related ups. First of all, the interior is very clean. Have you recently renovated it to do the accommodation business? It's so tidy that I want to. The big sofa is also a bed, so I don't think it's a bad idea for 4 adults to stay. (I traveled with a 14-month-old baby) The terrace was made of full glass and had some windows, and there was a neat heater, so it was nice to be able to have a long conversation with my wife on the terrace without knowing if it was cold. The sea was right in front of the accommodation, and the water was clear, so you could see the floor. I don't know if there is a convenience store nearby. (After playing outside, I went to the grocery store and came in) The fish market is a 5-minute drive away. The owner was very kind, so I went there with a good mood.

8 people visited, and it was so nice! The inside of the accommodation was so clean, and I used the barbecue on a rainy day, and it was elegant and so nice. There were no other family houses around, so I was able to have fun relatively comfortably until late. We highly recommend it as a large family accommodation!
