Out back you'll find a sprawling green belt within our association. Our brand new pool had the perfect water feature to hear when enjoying the views at the end of the day! *FYI pool is not heated

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.
