Holiday rentals with a patio in Buna River

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The apartment was perfectly located! Right by the beach with amenities/restaurants nearby. It was clean and cozy. Free parking right outside the building! Liza was a lovely host and very helpful!

The description for Mara’s apartment is spot on, it is simply breathtaking. The views of Dubrovnik, the sea and lokrum island are sensational, the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment is very big and modern throughout, everything was perfect for our stay. It’s an easy short walk down the stairs to pile gate and uber/bolt are cheap options for getting back if you prefer avoiding the climb. The host Mara is very friendly and responsive and came to welcome us, show us the apartment and provide some recommendations. Highly recommend - best place we’ve ever stayed (we were sad to leave!) We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Amazing stay! Place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the patio is nice and peaceful. About 20 minutes enjoyable walk to old town. Place is very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and gracious to let us check in much earlier than we thought!

Great location and walkable to restaurants and cafes. The most comfortable bed and bedding we have had on our Euro trip. Exactly like the pictures. A parking lot across the road, just call the number on the gate for access.

Drago was communicative & even though he was away for the day his lovely mum was very helpful and warm in check in. Location was close to the old town (bare in mind it's on a hill so roads are a little steep on the walk down) Apartment was very clean and balcony spacious.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Milica was a wonderful host. She sent us the directions with pictures, it was very easy for us to find. The location of the house is 20 minutes from the center, the road was very pleasant and very beautiful. It was very kind of her to greet us at the door and describe the house. Everything was thought of at home, nothing was missing. Thank you, we will come again

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive. We had a fantastic stay in Dobrota! A big thank you to Nikola for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located near the sea and close to Kotor and Perast. What really made the experience special was Nikola’s constant availability and support throughout the stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to see , all of which helped us make the most of our time in Montenegro. The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again
