At any time of the year Baltschieder is an ideal starting point for hiking and outdoor activities, in 30 - 70 minutes you can reach all the major ski and hiking resorts. In case of bad weather there are thermal baths or indoor sports halls nearby.

Quiet, large apartment

Have a great time at this spacious and serene place. Take walks and hikes in summer and winter. In a minute you are on the slopes and at the chairlift. The apartment is characterized by its central location, very close to the bus station, restaurants and the ski resorts. The mountain views are unique. The village of Bürchen (1200 to 1750 m high) can be reached from Visp (600 m high) in a quarter of an hour by car or by bus.

I stayed with my parents, my wife, 2 children and 1 baby. Everything was so beautiful that we didn't even notice some of the shortcomings. The view is excellent. The layout of the house is great. Everything has been thought of and is of very high quality. I would like to share 2 negative aspects. 1. You need to climb a very steep ramp and ladder to reach the house. It's a bit tiring if you have a lot of stuff. 2. The view of the patio is much more beautiful than the pictures. We were a😀 little cold, but we heated the environment with the heaters in the rooms. We burned the wood that the host prepared for us in the wood stove and the ambiance was wonderful🤗
