We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden patio - rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend only arriving by car with 4WD because of the snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

Traditional Chalet Julia! There is a bus stop almost right in front of the house, and you can reach the excellent Saas-Grund ski and hiking area within 12 minutes (recommended!!!) This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
