The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Enjoy the wonderful setting of this romantic place in the middle of nature. The location is 5 km away from the city, close to Chiriță Lake and surrounded by nature. The area still reminds of childhood with plains and agriculture. There are many birds, pheasants and from time to time a fox. You can easily see the city, the airfield, the airport as well as a lot of nature. It is easily accessible by car or within a 15-minute walk from public transport. You can detach yourself from the daily routine and stress. Enjoy the barbecue

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.
