A great place to stay: clean apartment with everything you need. The host was welcoming and friendly, providing us with the necessary information.

Our stay was perfect—better than we expected. The apartment was spacious, cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, offering a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The complex has a swimming pool and a small shop, both major advantages. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, and even beach towels, which was a nice surprise. We stayed as a group of three adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Each room had air conditioning for added comfort. The balcony, shaded in the morning, was perfect for breakfast or evening relaxation. Though some trees partially blocked the sea view, it was still lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. Bulgaria may not be my top destination, but I would definitely return to this apartment.

This apartment is just perfect. Totally impeccable, with all possible equipment, very well located close to the pedestrian street of Bourgas. I had a lovely stay. Paid parking is available nearby (be careful, depending on the time, it can be difficult to find a spot in high season). I would recommend this apartment for a stay on the Bulgarian coast.

We had a fantastic stay at Michal's apartment. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished to a high spec. Lots to do at the poolside, beach and local restaurants and all we needed to cater at home some days. Bus connections to Nessebar and Sveti Vlas as well as shops a 5min walk. Great to have access to Netflix from livingroom and bedroom and the egg chairs on both balconies just bliss watching the coastline! Our host was quick to respond to any queries and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have spent a vacation with my kids at Velichka’s place. She is one of the most radiant, positive, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met! I felt right at home—it’s cozy, warm, and has everything a family could need for a long vacation. Plus, the beach is just across the road. Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. They recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is, where the best beaches are. The impressions of the trip were the best.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

Spotlessly clean, great hosts,very helpful. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The downside is that it is very remote with a terrible road to get there and you really need to bring food supplies with you. even the nearest supermarket has limited stock in the off season.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.

Svet was an amazing host. He is super responsive and responsible. We had an issue with the air conditioning units and he had them replaced within a day! I would stay at his place again. Thank you!
