Die Ferienwohnung Ferro liegt im Herzen von Günzburgs Altstadt und bietet eine gemütliche Unterkunft. Modern ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der historischen Stadt oder einen Besuch im nahegelegenen Legoland. Die Wohnung bietet Gästen eine zentrale, aber ruhige Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in direkter Nähe, eine bequeme Anreise mit dem Auto ist somit gewährleistet.

The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Ein Ferienhaus welches viel Platz schafft. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Burgau. Stadtmitte ist in 10 geh Minuten zu erreichen. Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

Unsere voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet auf 100 qm viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und Zugang zum eigenen Garten – ideal zum Sonnen oder Spielen. Für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Ruhige Lage, nur 10 Min. vom Legoland entfernt. Burgau mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 2 km nah. Die Umgebung eignet sich perfekt für Spaziergänge und Radtouren – ideal für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.

From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.
