Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

Our vacation home "2te Heimat" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip". It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach and is embedded in the typical Dutch landscape. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available for our guests. De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious B&B in the rear of a West Frisian farmhouse with a view of the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl.
