House holiday rentals in North Holland

We had a great time in Francesca's chalet. The accommodation was very clean, so we had no concerns about letting our baby play on the floor. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We were particularly pleased with the board games in the living room drawer. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen smelled very fresh, so we felt comfortable right away.

An all-round great house in the holiday park de Krim. The house is in a quiet location, but also very central. The center of the park is only a few minutes' walk away, which is great with smaller children. The contact with Gerdi is very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a really nice vacation on Texel and would love to come back.

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and love into the renovation. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, provided a very welcome feeling. Highly recommended!

Corien's cottage is totally tasteful and lovingly furnished. It is well equipped, perfectly located for beach holidays, bike tours and walks in the dunes. We were there with four friends and enjoyed our days there very much. It looks like the photos and the evenings on the cozy terrace were a perfect end to the days!

It is a lovely place to stay and explore the country, had everything as described. Thoughtful and clean with everything you could need, the host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We‘ve very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s located in a quiet and pretty residential street with many possibilities to park the car nearby. Everything looked just like on the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and the combined dining and living room were very cosy. We would definitely come again.

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

My friend and I choose to stay here, since it was close to Zaanse-Schaans and Amsterdam Noord. And I must say: It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever been to so far. I’d definitely recommend it to others, who’d like to wind out and relax after a very long day in the city and just wanna feel like home: this is the place. Marjolein has put so much love and detail to make this place super cozy. I really loved it. And the neighborhood feels super safe and there are some cafes close by with a nice view of the harbor. Definitely a must stay place, if you’re looking for a relaxing place. Thanks a lot Marjolein for letting us stay here.

We (my children (11 and 12), my mother, our dog and I) had a great stay at Nannij and can fully recommend her as a host! From the first contact, she was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Communication was always fast, clear and warm - we felt welcome immediately. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need – even small extras such as coffee, tea and local tips were thought of. It was clear that Nannij attaches great importance to providing her guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The location of the accommodation was also ideal: quiet, but still well connected and in a beautiful street. Thank you for everything, dear Nannij! We will be happy to come back.

There were six of us in the accommodation for a week and it was one of the best Airbnbs we've all ever been to. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is sparkling clean and the facilities are excellent. The location is of course also a dream - both the terrace in front of the entrance door and the one behind the house have a beautiful view and you can lie wonderfully by the water and relax. The trampoline with sea view is also a highlight :) The communication was great: super fast, very friendly and we got all the information in detail in advance. This accommodation really has everything in mind and we can definitely recommend it! Only if you are afraid of spiders, you should possibly think again, because in the evening there were really a lot of larger spiders on the house. But here, too, everything has been thought of, there are numerous fly screens and if you are careful when ventilating, you will still have a spider-free house :)

Top location. Everything well organized. From here you can travel all over North Holland and we were on the beach very quickly on foot or by bike. We stayed here for 4 nights and what we liked about this vacation home is that it is extremely clean and functional! In addition, the rooms are very cozy and a lot of attention is paid to details (e.g. lighting in the toilet and in the hallway), a very nice bathroom and a beautiful garden.

A lovely quiet place, everything you need is there, even ice cubes and washcloths.😀 Everything has been thought of. Indeed a wonderful bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom, where you can store your things. Nice and flexible hosts and a beautiful environment. Supermarket and restaurants close by. We had a great time at Ella's place. A crib has been placed in our bedroom for our little one . The house is clean and nice . Peaceful and sunny place from morning to night. We will be back!

We were guests in Marja's house for a week in June 2025 and felt very comfortable. Our 15-year-old daughter had her own kingdom upstairs with a bathroom and enjoyed it very much😉. The house offers a good starting point for various activities - very good train connection to Amsterdam, wonderful bike tours in the area or just a visit to the beach. Gladly again!

We had a nice stay. The cottage is exactly as described in the advertisement, it was a great base for us for a weekend away. Carlijn is also very friendly and responds very quickly.
