We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

The house was stunning and situated in a great location. It was perfect for myself, my husband, our three daughters and their partners, our grand-daughter and the dogs. It was well equipped, very clean and spacious. It was our first time using an Aga, which was interesting. The garden was a quiet retreat - a real sun trap - and the perfect place to barbecue. Heacham has lots to offer. The beach was only a short walk away (10-15 minutes) and there was a playground about 5 minutes away. There was a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and a Boots pharmacy and a large Lidl was not far away. We can recommend the fish and chip shop near the beach. And the doughnuts from the shop next door were fantastic. Amelia was a very friendly and responsive host who communicated quickly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and would highly recommend a stay at Hope Cottage.

Wonderfully located for beaches and places to visit. Fantastic house for our group. Very well equipped with lots of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. Yew Cottage is in a fantastic location and has lots to offer. We loved the hot tub and it was only a short drive to the closest beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay ☺️

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

A wonderful place to relax. Quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. We did not want for anything. A lovely private courtyard garden with the added bonus of a hot tub and a safe space for our little dog. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely cottage.

We stayed at this property for 4days and enjoyed every minute ! It was in an amazing stay and from the off we felt right at home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, entering the property it felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen and all rooms were spotless and all beds were comfy with everyone sleeping really well. The hot tub and pool were also clean and we enjoyed both on several occasions. Katie was very helpful on a couple of questions and pointers which felt like we were being looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking this property very shortly for the summer!!! Wonderful stay highly recommended.*****

It was an absolutely lovely cottage. Henny checked that everything was fine after the first night and if I needed anything to make my stay there better.

Was a lovely cottage and a lovely village. Didn’t get a chance to visit the tearoom as it was closed while we were there. Had a lovely meal at the local pub. We enjoyed our stay. Few little details in need of attention.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs and were made to feel very welcome, the cottage was perfect and homely for us all. had great dog walk and dinner at the New Inn all easily walkable from the cottage.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable home, bed was super comfy. Everything was exceptionally clean. The village was lovely, we had great food at the Rose & Crown. We drove all along the coast to Cromer, beaches & driving through the villages very pretty & an easy drive. Also went to sandringham which is a short drive away.

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

My family and I - 4 children from age 9 down to a baby had an excellent stay at Lisa's. The location was perfect for us, we could walk into Hunstanton or any car drives were only short to get where we wanted. The beach is very close and we were lucky to be there on the one warm and still day of the week! The rain didn't put us off being busy and we did so much regardless! The house was clean and tidy and provided a great space for all of us. Lisa communicated very quickly and was helpful. Thank you, we had a great time!

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location, Everything we needed, beach was so close, fantastic for our dog, wonderful cafe too, lovely local area, plenty to do and also very private to relax. Highly recommend. We will be re- booking.

Great 1 bedroomed place to stay on the countryside but only a few mins from Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Great host!

The cottage has been planned and presented with excellent attention to detail. The gardens are huge and so well maintained. The gardens have lots of little 'hidden places' and quirky details that add to the whole experience. We loved the location, as it's off the beaten track but, not at the end of a dreadful dirt track but, amidst lovely open fields and with well laid access. Don't expect a million shops or restaurants in walking distance but, nice pubs and food are short drives away. Local town about 20 mins easy drive. A perfect haven for two people looking for peace and quiet.

Beautiful property situated within a beautiful location. The house did not disappoint! Spacious, clean and so very quiet. The space exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Brickley Rise to anyone. Amy was brilliant, responsive and on hand for any questions and provided recommendations on where to eat/visit. A must stay!!

What a beautiful place to spend a few nights! The cottage is absolutely immaculate - the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in - with lots of thoughtful welcome touches including fresh eggs from the chickens on site, milk and cookies and lots of information on the local area. I had mentioned very briefly that it was a birthday trip and a birthday banner was waiting for us on arrival - which is so kind! The children were delighted by their bunk beds and the board games. One of the absolute highlights for us and the children was the opportunity to bottle feed the lambs and collect the eggs from the chickens… we felt very lucky to get involved! The cottage is perfectly situated, in a peaceful spot overlooking the sheep, but only 15/20 minutes from Skegness. We recommend the high ropes course at Wild Pines and the aquarium/ mini boards in Skegness for families! We had such a fantastic weekend, would highly recommend it to others and we’d love to return one day. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience at the auctioneers cottage. Our hosts had thought of everything we could possibly need for our young children which took so much stress out of packing. Communication was fantastic so we knew exactly what to do on arrival and departure, including all of our parking options. We would be thrilled to come back as it was obvious from the guest book, that so many people do visit more than once. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Thor's Garden Homestead was excellent, this charming property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The spacious living areas provided ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to scenic walks and attractions. It served as the perfect base for our visits to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, the International Bomber Command Centre, RAF Coningsby, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the nearby coast—Skegness, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea, and Mablethorpe were all within reach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful countryside retreat with great access to both culture and coast

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.
