The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

You have the entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, plus a sofa bed sleeping a further 2. Parking for one car on the front. All required beach items for guests to use. A real home from home!

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)
