Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Ground floor: kitchen-dining room (25 m², terracotta tiles), living room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub and 1 toilet with hand basin. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (from 9 to 40 m2, parquet floors), 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet. Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This farmhouse, maintained to be comfortable, has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 EV charging station.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

At the foot of the vines

A newly renovated 30 m² apartment in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy walks, use the barbecue, and then have a drink in peace. The courtyard is closed for your vehicle. A key box is available for your convenience. I wish you a very pleasant stay.

La Layotte

1 km from Nuits Saint Georges, House, classified 3 stars with a private garden where you can park your car. Located on the Route des Grands Crus, which is also a national road to travel through the climates of Burgundy at the foot of the vineyards of VOSNE ROMANEE in Beaune or Dijon. Close to the cellars and historical sites. 4 bikes are available for nice rides. Odile and Jean Paul will be happy to welcome you and guide you during your stay.

Gite du Faubourg

My cottage is close to downtown. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort. it is great for couples and families with kids. It has a courtyard and a large private garden, which I leave at guests' disposal. An independent WIFI network is installed in the cottage. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate, throughout the stay if you so wish.
