This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Maison de Maître with pool

The "Château" is a manor house built in 1874, located near the Route des Grands Vins, 25 km from Beaune, and close to Auxey-Duresses, Pommard and Meursault. It was named the "Château" in the 19th century by the inhabitants of the municipality of Val-Mont. Closed by a perimeter wall, the Maître house is located in a park of one hectare, a real natural setting where you can admire squirrels and peacocks in total freedom.
