Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

The Lodge

A 4,500 sq. ft air conditioned barndominium with double kitchen, restrooms, ping pong, etc. In the loft area upstairs there are two bedrooms and a common area with two bunkbeds. [One bedroom has two twin beds and the other bedroom has a king bed.] Outside there is large patio with fire pit and grill. 1 RV hook-up (30/40 amp).
