This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Howdy! Welcome to "The Other Cozy Home in Aggieland Normand" (Permit Number: STR2024-000044), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University in College Station. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Baby crib and high chair available upon request. Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill for any celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House Cabin

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

The Little Blue House

Pet-friendly 🐶 with $0 cleaning fee! Experience 1940s charm in this updated 2BR/2BA home. Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with gas oven, in-unit washer/dryer, and Apple TV. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. Centrally located: a scenic 1-mile walk through historic neighborhoods to downtown Bryan, 3 miles to Legends Complex, and a 4-mile drive to Texas A&M campus. The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat.
