It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat instead of central heat.
