David was a great host. Quite frankly he was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He was prompt, responsive and the checkout process was seamless. Most hosts ask you to take out the trash, run the dishwasher, load dirty towels, etc…. David didn’t ask for any of this to be done. Thanks again, David!

Everything was as expected! Spacious living areas great if have elderly parents in wheel chair or need space for a baby's pacnplay. Super clean. Close to campus. Friendly host! Would 100% stay here again given the chance.

The house was spotless we really loved the peaceful vibes of this home. Felt like you were going to visit family ( a home away from home) pool was clean and lots of fun. Host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had.

An Unforgettable Stay in College Station! My family from Costa Rica and I had the pleasure of spending two luxurious nights at this wonderful place. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the thoughtful details and Texas-inspired decor that made the space truly special. Every element felt intentional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere—we loved each and every room. The home was impeccably equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our top highlights included its cozy ambiance, spotless cleanliness, functional layout, beautiful design, and the sense of security it provided. All of these aspects deepened our appreciation for the phrase “Texas is Home.” We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who values elegance, charm, and the unique Texan spirit. A sincere thank you to our host for the warm hospitality; we truly felt cared for throughout our visit. Words can hardly capture how remarkable this place is.

This location was perfect for our stay while visiting our daughter at A&M for Family Weekend. It is in a very quiet apartment complex, and while it's a fairly frills-free place, it is exactly what we needed, and we would stay here again! Having a washer/dryer was such a bonus (bring your own detergent), and the beds were extra comfy. There's plenty of storage space and a huge closet, along with extra blankets. Although there is a coffeemaker, you will need to bring your own coffee. The decor is cute, and we loved how quiet everything was. It is a first floor apartment, but we heard zero noise from the 2nd floor above us. The drive to A&M is only a few minutes, or an Uber ride was super reasonable......at the time of our stay, it was usually around $8-9. If you aren't looking for the Taj Mahal, this is really an affordable, comfortable, and convenient place to stay when visiting College Station.

We had activities all week on campus and around town. The location was perfect - a quick drive to anywhere we needed to be. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms meant plenty of room and it was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. We also enjoyed the pool and the little balcony was a lovely quiet place in the mornings. The price was great for the week! Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very spacious. Mandy was VERY quick to respond on all questions I had. Only complaint was no TVs in the bedrooms. That being said it was also very nice to take a break from the TV when turning in for the night. We would 1000% recommend this place and will 1000% stay there again!

Great spot. Clean, great for a couple or family of four. Cool layout. Comfortable beds and a nice pool and grilling area.

Beautiful space. Loved the king size beds and the mattresses were divine. Linens were lush. Appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. Decor was tasteful. Really fabulous condo in College Station. Super clean. Ample parking. No complaints whatsoever. One of the best places we have stayed at. We had some trouble figuring out the front door keypad but Kristina responded right away and helped us get in. She was flexible with checkin time so we were able to freshen up before the graduation ceremony. Overall a wonderful experience with a gracious host.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had plenty of room for us and didn’t feel crowded. Well located, clean and quiet. Had everything we needed and expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
