The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

106 Stirling Terrace is in the heart of one of WA’s historical towns. This house was built in the late 1950’s by a man, who the current owners called, ‘Grandad Largie’ (My Great Grandad). Today, the house has had a few touch ups. A fresh coat of paint, reborn of the floorboards and a new kitchen. Perfect for a getaway with the family, friends or someone special. The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. For booking accuracy, please specify the number of guests when booking.

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.
