The family room is a great gathering place for entertaining with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, HDTV, queen sleeper sofa and access to the patio and a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an HDTV and an en suite bath with large tub and walk-in shower. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property. We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary). We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

The second bedroom has a Queue size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and hotel level sheets. Living room has another sofa bed (King).
