The sunny apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of Himmelpforten. The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the bakery and shopping. By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Gleich vor der Haustür beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet - ideal für Spaziergänge und Naturgenuss. Die Binnenelbe befindet sich direkt hinter dem Deich, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Sie Ruhe, frische Luft die Nähe zur Landwirtschaft - ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Entspannen.

A jewel in Kehdinger Moor - personally and lovingly furnished, in a brand new, but old-style country house on 8,000 square meters of land. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

Gästehaus mit Weitblick in Wischhafen

Das "Gartenhaus" liegt mit der "Reetdachkate" und der "Kleinen Kate" auf einem ca. 10 000 qm großen Grundstück. Wiesen, Moorflächen und ein kleiner Teich bilden die Umgebung. Die Grundfläche beträgt ca. 90 qm. Von der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnfläche gelangt man über eine Treppe auf die Schlafebene. Das Bett ist (2 x 1,6) m groß. Das Gebäude wurde 2019 vollständig renoviert und um ein großzügiges Badezimmer ergänzt. Zum "Gartenhaus" gehört eine ca. 40 qm große Terrasse mit Weitblick ins Moor.
