From this centrally located accommodation, you can quickly reach all the important places. Bergen is located in the heart of the island, making it an ideal base for exploring it. For example, the beach is approx. 15-minute drive, as well as to the treetop trail in Prora. If you arrive by train/bus, you can reach the property on foot in approx. 10 minutes. Very close (about 5 minutes) there are all the important shopping opportunities. There is also plenty to see in Bergen, such as the Rugardturm or the summer toboggan run.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Da Bergen als Inselhauptstadt zentral liegt,ist man in wenigen Kilometern an der Ostseeküste 🌊⚓und auch bei den Störtebeker Festspielen. Die berühmten Kreidefelsen befinden sich in Sassnitz. Das Naturerbezentrum mit dem Baumwipfelpfad in Prora.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz der Stadt entfernt bietet die geräumige Wohnung Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Garten und ist rundum ausgestattet. Dank der Nähe zum benachbarten Hotel gibt es die Möglichkeit Restaurant und Frühstücksangebot im Hotel zu nutzen. Die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die zentral wohnen wollen und trotzdem die Ruhe suchen.

The accommodation is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. We have a large living and play garden to relax and feel good for everyone.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

This cozy house is located directly on the "Kleiner Jasmunder-Bodden" and invites you to spend the most beautiful days of the year here. It offers you two separate bedrooms as well as a children's sleeping and play floor, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 shower / toilet rooms. A private garden area with a barbecue and seating is available to you. In the large communal garden, a children's playground and a fireplace await you.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
