House - La Maison Passy

Our converted farm house has a style on its own, a mix of our Icelandic and Scandinavian roots and a french country style coziness. The new beds will guarantee a good night’s sleep, the bathtubs and showers a comfortable start of the day, the kitchen amenities a warm and good meal and the dining and living room space is furnished to ensure comfort and relaxation. The outdoor terrace and grounds offers multiple opportunities for resting, sunbathing, dining and playing games, depending on mood.

This elegant accommodation located on the first floor, with private access, is perfect for a small family or a stay with friends. In a perfectly restored farmhouse with its enclosed garden of 3,500 m² in the middle of fields and woods, this loft will offer you all the comfort (new bedding of very good quality for example). You can start your day after breakfast and then browse the beautiful sites or resume your journey (10 minutes from the exit of the A6 or A19, also close to the A5)

It has been completely renovated and transformed into an independent studio, while maintaining the character of the old: floor tiles, beams. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

You will find the charm of old materials and simple comfort to stay pleasantly.

This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay.

The 70 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor in a restored 19th century Longère. It has private access and parking, a garden area of more than 1200 m2, fully enclosed to relax and take "Time" At the gates of Burgundy and Gatinais, 1 hour from Paris and 10 minutes from the A6 and A19 exit of Courtenay. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people, is equipped with all the comforts.
