Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert und hat eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler (und Blick auf den Buxtehuder Kirchturm), ein Bad, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-/Esszimmer. Das Haus hat eine Garage für Fahrräder und das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss mit einer steilen Treppe.

Hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage nur 1,3km von der S-Bahn-Station Neukloster. Von dort sind es nur 40 Minuten zu den Landungsbrücken! Das Auto kann kostenfrei direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden.

Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Alte Land. Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit der S Bahn in einer guten Stunde zu erreichen. Die Nordsee ist in ca. 80 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Babyreisebett mit Kinderkopfkissen und Kinderbettdecke kann auf Wunsch bereit gestellt werden. (Passt bis ca. 4 Jahre)

This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Ortskern entfernt, mit schönem Blick auf den Fleet. Zum Deich spazieren Sie in ca. 10 Minuten. Die bekannten Apfelplantagen des Alten Landes liegen direkt in der Nähe und laden zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren und entspannten Auszeiten ein. Ein besonderer Ort mit Geschichte, Charme und viel Ruhe.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our 1-room apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We look forward to seeing you soon...

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
