The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The forty square meter basement apartment is a new part of the semi-detached house that we have been renting for years. It is possible to rent the apartment individually or together with the semi-detached house above, for several families, as it also has a separate entrance. Parking is free and right outside the door.

This unique property is located directly on the Este and approx. a 5-minute walk from the historic Buxtehude old town. The Alte Land can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike. Hamburg city center can be reached in a good hour by both car and S-Bahn. The North Sea can be reached in about 80 minutes by car.
