Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

With beautiful surroundings, proximity to Borgholm, exciting excursion destinations and the charming Djupvik, the place is both unique and incredibly easy to fall in love with.

Only 150 meters from the beach you will find our charming summer house on Öland in Byrum-Sandvik. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view through the pine trees toward the sea and the sunset, from the veranda that goes around the house. The place is quiet and beautiful. Placed in a national reserve, Byrum-Sandvik is ideal for nature walks or bikes along the coast or in the woods. You can easily take a trip to Byxelkrok for lunch or Böda Sand for mini-golf or other fun activities.

Cozy Beach House on Öland – Steps from the Sea

This brand new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby. Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Welcome to an inviting, relaxed holiday home of the highest class - but with a great respect for the history of the farm and preservation of the typical 19th century feeling. Here we really find peace. The views are expansive and the sunsets here are magical. In summer, we prefer to hang out by the pool, read in the shade, swim a few laps, bike to the sea and along the unique rocky coast. In winter, we cuddle in front of the stove, drink coffee, read books and cozy up in pajamas all day.

At 15 sqm, the house perfect for 2 people who want to enjoy all that Northern Öland has to offer. Toilet, bathroom and outdoor shower are in separate building adjacent to the house.

Freshly built (2023) vacation home with its own bathing jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome!

Unwind in this nice and quiet home with nature close by and patio with lovely evening sun. Here you live in two cabins, where the larger cottage contains a kitchen and three sleeping places ( a double bed, a sofa bed) and the smaller bedroom for two people and a newly made bathroom serving both cabins. The guest is responsible for cleaning the property before departure.
