Comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the southern district of Katowice. Great location to reach with a car and an underground parking is a plus.

Great stay. Room is small but perfectly fine for a single person to stay in. Fridge was generously stocked with water and apple juice which was a very nice addition to the stay. The place was very cosy and the bed very comfortable. Place is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town and the train station. I’d happily stay here again if I come back to Katowice. Just be aware of the stairs if you have heavy luggage.

Had an amazing time staying, the place was very spacious and was in a great area it was also very accessible to the town centre and near shops overall great experience.

Great stay, very friendly and helpful host. Had a misunderstanding but Marek was very active to accommodate. There was were 2 slight issues but nothing that actually impacted our stay.

Apartament rewelacyjny w super lokalizacji. Urzadzony w dobrym guście. Przestronny, wygodny i zadbany. Kontakt z Pania Aleksandrą na 6+. My byliśmy tylko na weekend, ale śmiało można tu spędzić i tydzień czy dwa. Jeśli będzie jeszcze okazja, z całą pewnością skorzystamy ponownie!

This apartment is cosy and comfortable, there're all necessary things (furniture, kitchen devices, laundry devices, shower gel, shampoo etc), wifi is good and fast! Location is really great, it's quiet and close to the park but at the same time it's close to the shops and bus/tram stops. Host was friendly and helpful during all my stay. I recommend this place!

Wszystko w porządku, blisko do parkingu i komunikacji publicznej. Spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie czyste, dostępne wszystko, czego potrzebowałem w kuchni i łazience. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam!

Miałam przyjemność mieszkać w apartamencie przez 5 tygodni:) Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem. Mieszkanie przestronne, bardzo czyste, wszystko nowe. Pan Jacek zadbał o każdy detal. Kawa, herbata, kostki do zmywarki itp. Pomimo, iż znajduje się przy dość ruchliwej ulicy mieszkanie jest bardzo ciche. Atutem jest bliskość stacji benzynowej, przystanku autobusowego, zaledwie się 5 min. pieszo od Parku Śląskiego, kilka przystanków od centrum Katowic. Blok zadbany, mieszkanie dysponuje miejscem parkingowym. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, skory do udzielania wszelkich informacji. Polecam z całego serca.

Estuvimos alojados mi mujer, mi hija de 13 años y yo. Para disfrutar del Mundial femenino de hockey hielo en la pista de Bytom. Es una ciudad muy bien comunicada con autobuses y tranvias. Con todos los servicios cerca. El apartamento fue genial, limpio, caliente, tranquilo y todas las comodidades para nosotros. Un Lydl en frente. El único pequeño inconveniente, para la persona que duerme en el sofa cama, es el ruido de la nevera. Repetiriamos sin duda. Gracias

A wonderful apartment. One of the top places we have stayed. Lots of space, every amenity you could need. The kitchen is large, fitted with everything, the two bathrooms is a benefit, the beds are comfortable and large. The location is great. 5 min from everything and anything. Coffee shops, restaurants, gym, grocery, organic store, and tram lines... all within minutes. Quiet apartment, never heard the neighbors, music or anyone. For the price this is a great deal. Many places charge the same but you get less...a lot less. A must stay if your in Katowice for a while. Stayed 2 months and felt like home.

Mieszkanie jest małe, ale bardzo funkcjonalne – wszystko, co potrzebne, jest na miejscu. Świetna lokalizacja, praktycznie w samym centrum Katowic – wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Ogólnie czysto, a zameldowanie było bardzo proste i bezproblemowe. Idealne miejsce na krótki pobyt w mieście. Polecam

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Schöne grüne Umgebung. Viele Möglichkeiten für Fahrrad Ausflüge. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Victoria's home was amazing for our stay- the apartment is spotless and lots of attention was given to decorating the place to feel just like home. High quality appliances and air conditioning, and a very nice rain shower. Wish we stayed longer!

Highly recommend Tomasz’s property! It was way better than expected, and the food at Mamma Mia’s was excellent! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds around the home and hot tub are very pretty.

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Katowice for about two and a half months while working in the area, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The location was excellent: close to a beautiful park, a gym and swimming pool, and a convenient store just around the corner. It also had easy access to the main road, which made commuting very straightforward. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking. At times, I had to park a bit farther from the apartment, but I was always able to find a spot eventually, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Katowice, especially for an extended period!

Ubytovanie bol skutočný zážitok. Bolo tam krásne a čisto. Krajšie než na fotkách. Bol to luxus a ťažko sa mi odtiaľ odchádzalo. Najradšej by som ta zostala bývať. Všetko je na skok - potraviny, centrum, vlak. Bolo to naozaj super, ĎAKUJEME.
