Beach condo holiday rentals in Cabarete

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

It was really dreamy. The apartment is located directly on the Kitebeach. The security guards from the facility are all very nice and helpful. It was just great.

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

Rob is a fantastic host and a true expert on the area. His place was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities — plus, it’s in a prime location in Sosúa. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. He also provided me with great local recommendations. A real down-to-earth guide — I’d absolutely recommend him, 10 out of 10.

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

This place just felt right. It’s a short barefoot walk to the beach, and there’s this easy rhythm to life here: sun, salt, sleep, repeat. The apartment was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfy, and the Wi-Fi held up for quick check-ins with work. I spent my evenings unwinding with a book and a cold drink, listening to the waves. The host was very accommodating, responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re craving a simple reset somewhere calm, warm, and real, this is that place.

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

I'll recommend it to everyone, I will be back on my next trip to Sosua. It's clean, spacious, bright and very safe at all time.

I was familiar with the area and the complex. I'd stayed in the neighbouring unit a few times and down the road. It's quiet. Easily walkable into town and to the beaches. Great little breakfast spot just next door. Cheap. Good food. Christopher and his property manager Yessica were quick to respond to a few questions. There was a slight issue with the AC that was quickly resolved with no problems. The unit has Interent that was typically around 15-5. Fridge is apartment sized with a full freezer. Instant On hot water. I don't need much and this unit was exactly what I needed. Would definitely book again.

Nancy’s place is beautiful and she is a wonderful host! Riviera Azul is a beautiful, quiet slice of paradise. This is our second time at Nancy’s place and we would definitely come back.

Great stay in Cabarete right off kite beach. We came here last year and liked it so much we decided to come again. Great airbnb for a family or group of kiters. Huge living room with tons of seating, balcony with incredible views, and feels very safe! Will come visit again

I absolutely loved everything about our stay! The beachfront property was stunning, with breathtaking views and direct access to the shore. The house itself was incredibly spacious, with three beautifully designed floors that comfortably accommodated all 20 of my family members. Each room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The common areas were perfect for spending quality time together, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making group meals easy and enjoyable. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying again!
