Condo holiday rentals in Cabarete

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

Philips place is secure, modern, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The complex grounds are beautiful and relaxing with nice pool and lounging chairs. The apartment is in walking distance to everything you can imagine including the beach. Communication and check in and out was great with Philip and complex staff. I highly recommend Philips place.

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful spot, very well located, extremely easy check-in/check-out process. This is my second time reserving this apartment, and Jose has been incredibly accommodating to last-minute changes requested due to a family emergency. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will be back!

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

Great location and very helpful host

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Marta and her team are the best

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality enabling our amazing experience in Cabarete!

I was familiar with the area and the complex. I'd stayed in the neighbouring unit a few times and down the road. It's quiet. Easily walkable into town and to the beaches. Great little breakfast spot just next door. Cheap. Good food. Christopher and his property manager Yessica were quick to respond to a few questions. There was a slight issue with the AC that was quickly resolved with no problems. The unit has Interent that was typically around 15-5. Fridge is apartment sized with a full freezer. Instant On hot water. I don't need much and this unit was exactly what I needed. Would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The presence of a pool and security personnel gave an added sense of comfort and relaxation throughout the stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed — it really felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — truly outstanding hospitality. The billing for electricity was simple and transparent, which made the whole process completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay. Nice place, definitely will be back

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

Had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Loved the space, the only thing was that it was a little noisy, but not surprising given right off the bustling Main Street of Cabarete. Only a block away from the beach and 2 blocks from the main supermarket so great location. Very accommodating host, would recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Nairobi’s condo in Cabarete! The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and heading out for a peaceful morning run along the shore made each day feel like a dream. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that Nairobi takes great care in hosting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach escape with all the right vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at Laurel's condo. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. The space was very nice, we enjoyed the pool and sitting on the cozy patio. We would highly recommend Laurel's place to anyone looking to visit Cabarete!
