Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Nice location. Close to the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. A few dogs barking but that's everywhere in Cabarete. Enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Jaay was the best host I ever had in Airbnb. Our experience was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Great communication, It was everything I was expecting and more. This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful and right on the water. Great communication and was always responsive when we needed something. Would love to come back in the future.

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!

nice places clean and secure. only problem was that it was listed as a beach house but beach is about 10 minutes away. love the place great hosts l will stay again.

my family and I have stayed in many properties on this platform,few if any were this nice! I have to be honest when first booking I was nervous as there weren't many reviews as it was a new listing. my trepidation was indeed unnecessary,the home is everything and beyond beautiful. The owner friendly as well as responsive to all messages. we will be back for sure.if you are thinking of booking this property,do it☝🏿👍🏿

Our stay at David’s exceeded our hopes for a great beachside vacation. The place was cozy, clean with modern style, yet not cold and impersonal and had some Dominican style to it as well. The community that David’s place is in, is welcoming, safe and we met lots of great people. Great pool, landscaping, gardens and there are so many great places to just sit back and enjoy. David was responsive with questions, had lots of recommendations for Places to eat and things to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will come back to again for sure!

The place is very nice! Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean and lots of kitchen amenities. The pool is also nice :) It is inside a community and the gate security personnel are a bit harsh, but besides that, it's an amazing stay in Cabarete.

Pristine and sparkling clean! Kathy's home is just as described and as in the pictures. It has every updated convenience like treated water system and great AC. And just a minute walk to the beach and the Millenium hotel amenities. We wanted to be close to the kiteboarding school at the Millenium so this house was perfect, and we hope to be back soon. Also- a few great restaurants and morning coffee spot all within a 2-5 minute walk.

Clean and modern villa. Every room has TV, AC and bathrooms. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. I wanted to spend more days there. I will book again when i visit.

The Villa was amazing !!!! very spacious and comfortable!!! My Big Family and I love the place, the outdoor place was beautiful. the pool was the best Part for my 3 Years old Daughter. than you so much!! we are definitely will be back❤️.

We loved our stay. The villa is within a 2-minute walk from the beach and is in a great condition. Erika who manages the place was super responsive and helped us with restaurant bookings, taxi, etc. There's a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, but the selection is not that great. But we mostly ate out so it wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants either within a walking distance or a quick taxi ride.

Perfect place. Really responsive host and staff. Pool. Quiet, private and away from the commotion. I Really liked the stay and I’ll know where I’ll be renting next time.
