Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cabedelo

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Neide is an excellent host: attentive, helpful and responds super fast. The apartment is beautiful, new, well decorated and equipped. I felt at home! Intermares is a quiet neighborhood, excellent for practicing physical activities by the sea. I recommend it to everyone who likes tranquility!

We had a great stay here! The apartment and especially the rooftop view and pool are gorgeous, and the location is amazing! Safe and directly on the beach. Carolina is also very helpful and responsive! Just one tiny room for improvement: The link to open the door is quite slow, maybe another form of (digital) key would be good!

Comfortable, comfortable, extremely clean, well cared for, smells and all equipped with a very tasty balcony. Exactly as in the advertised photos. The building is perfect, clean, well located in front of the beach, offers a gym, a wonderful pool and a very nice area to rest at the rooftop. Host Jaqueline is great, very attentive, help, ask questions, respond super fast, gave us great tips. Our stay was perfect, I highly recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!!

The apartment is wonderful, exactly like the photos, super functional, has everything we need during the stay. Very close to the beach, it has a gym that is also great and there is a bakery in front that is wonderful! Lucio responds quickly and is super polite and helpful! It was the perfect vacation, we loved it so much and we will definitely be back!

I recommend it, perfect accommodation, fair price. A clean place, with a washing machine for those who don't like to bring a lot of clothes, is a plus. The host is attentive and helped me with what I needed

The accommodation was extremely satisfactory, it exceeded our expectations, all clean and organized, water already available for consumption (which is rare to find). Super cozy apartment, we felt at home, the wonderful pool, excellent location. The condominium is very complete, all the same as the ad. Mr. Haroldo is an excellent Host, always polite, friendly, was super flexible with question at check-in. We just have to thank and say we will definitely be back.

The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and very well equipped kitchen with top-tier appliances. Dayenne responded quickly all the times we need. Garage of the covered building, two excellent spaces. Pool and impeccable barbecue area. We felt at home!

Marvelous space. Facilities OK. We reserve for two days after we already booked for a day and we like the flat. When we return to Jampa, we'll try to book again.

The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, well maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our outings much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

Amei! The apartment is even bigger than it looks but pictures! Close to the beach, you can walk. It is also near Lovina. A particular compliment for the quality of bedding, very soft!

Beautiful, equipped house, nice and quiet place. It has a playground and swimming pool for children.

We had a little problem at checkin because we arrived in the wee hours. The location is exactly as described and photos. The height of the steps is a little higher than we are used to. Daniel always polite, at his disposal, attentive and kind, his wife too. The condominium and the house are beautiful. Nice and comfortable atmosphere. There's no cable (for those who like it). The pool is excellent size, due to problems with the heater, the water was cold. It was a feather. The structure of the site is excellent. We went away pretending to return.

It was an excellent experience! The bungalow is super cozy, very well cared for and in a perfect location. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Highlight for the service of Maurício, the locator, which was extremely attentive and ensured that everything was perfect during the stay. I highly recommend it!
