Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, AC in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, vitro, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, parking space and 5 minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor Mascostas are accepted (see house rules and cleaning fee)
