Condo holiday rentals in Cabo Frio

Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

We were very well received by Daniel and his wife, in all the accommodations that I have already stayed with, I have never been so well received, very polite and antecious, impeccable apartment, great beds and pillows , complete kitchen outside the pampering he left for the children, I hope to have the opportunity to return again in his lodging, Daniel is a score of 1,000 .

We stayed at Danielle's apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is modern, well equipped, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay, including a kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home. The wifi was also reliable. The location is great, just a short 5 minute stroll to a lovely white sand beach and there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on your doorstop. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Danielle's as she is an outstanding host. Kind, friendly, very well organised and really goes out of her way to make her guest stay a memorable one. Whilst Danielle lives 3 hours from the apartment, she is always quick to respond to messages and her family and Mauro ( who takes care of the apartments day to day) are there to help you with anything you might need help with. Danielle owns a number of apartment in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them as you will feel right at home.

Our stay was amazing! We were afraid it would stay away from the beach but the place is very charming. There is a kiosk almost in front that on weekends it has a very special sambinha and you feel the atmosphere of the place. The apartment is in a quiet place, with a very close bakery and holds 1 couple with 2 children well. It has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and gym in the condominium but we hardly use it because Cabo Frio has a lot of good place to know around! I asked Luiza to provide mattresses for my children to sleep in the room and also beach towels, which was attended!!! Voltaria for sure!!!

It was all well with our lodging. The host was gracious and devoted to us all the attention that was required.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Our experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is super cozy and comfortable, even though it looks bigger in the photos, except for the balcony, which is very large and airy! We really enjoyed the heated pool and sauna in the building, which are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Regarding the location, we went by car to the beaches, which was super easy. Although it is not so close to go on foot, it is perfectly possible to walk to them. The proximity of supermarkets and shops also helped a lot. The condominium staff is very helpful and friendly, as is Sergio, who was always attentive and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything we need, and is very well ventilated! Because it is well located, we were able to enjoy the various beaches of Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed every moment and we will definitely be back! It was worth it!

Stay was very good! Regina was super cool with me because I had an unforeseen the first day and she extended my stay a little more on Sunday! Everything was great. Super by the beach of Geribá!

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! Excellent stay. Very clean and organized exactly as in the photos. We were in two couples and the apartment served us very well. Less than 5min walk to the beach of Geriba. We'll be back for sure. I recommend it to everyone.

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

The apartment is according to the announcement! The condominium is wonderful, very quiet, the children loved. The house served us perfectly, the pool having lifeguards is a differential. We had the misfortune of one of the condominium fit to be under construction during our stay, so during the day we would hear noises of work. As a point of improvement, the TV could be smart for us to connect; we were restricted to 5 channels only. Other than that, it was all perfect! We'll be back for sure.
