Holiday rentals with a patio in Cabo Frio

It was perfect, everything close to the way I like it, clean apartment, fragrant linens, Isabela is a sweetheart, the building staff very attentive and polite, I found the bracelet super cool for security reasons, I thought it was cool that minors under 18 can only go out if their parents allow free access. 10-star rating, I highly recommend it ☺️

Apartment in perfect condition, all according to the description, fresh and clean bedding and towels. Neuza always requests a lot, I recommend the apartment.

If there were more stars we would certainly give. We felt at home, slept well. Quiet and safe place. The Hosts were friendly and polite. We love hosting💕. God willing We'll come back again!!

Our stay was great! All the questions we had were answered promptly by Amanda, who attended us very well. The electronic key is a convenience, as it removes the worry of carrying the keys to the beach. The photos of the apartment correspond exactly to what we found when we arrived. A comfortable and quiet space, as it is further away from the pool and common areas.

The apartment is very wide and quietly held our group of 6 people. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, due to location, some uber drivers do not accept rides in the evening. We chose the apartment because we had a swimming pool and the photos caught our attention, but unfortunately it was closed. Overall, the experience was very good and the host Fernanda was very solicitous, responds quickly and was very polite at all times. We will definitely come back more often.

I loved the stay, an extremely clean, comfortable and cozy house, supplied all my needs, all very organized, quiet and without noise, the flat is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood with several options of bars and close to the beach. A Elaine super charismatic, was super gentle, responds quickly. No doubt the best place for sure I will come back more often.

Excellent property. Close to everything. Impeccably white, clean and fragrant bed linen and towels. Clean kitchen towels. It's all very smelly and welcoming. The apartment is huge, with everything we need. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, large living room and all the rooms are very fresh, due to facing the sea. The contact with Nathalie was always wonderful. He answered all questions promptly. I will certainly return. I recommend it!!!

The loft is cozy and well decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the hostess was very attentive. One detail worth mentioning is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up (around 8 hours), which ended up limiting its use a little because I stayed in a colder season. Even so, the experience was wonderful.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and organized house, as in the photos, perfectly accommodated 8 people and 1 child, super complete house, had everything we needed. The super calm environment, without noise pollution, and the clean pool. We love it!! The host was super attentive. I recommend it if you want a quiet place to relax.

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. What I liked the most was the kitchen: spacious, comfortable and perfect for cooking in peace. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

The address suited us perfectly, very close to Arraial and not so far from Búzios. The space in the house also accommodated us perfectly. The house is small but it served us for 4 nights. It's very close to the rocket beach. Cristina, whenever we needed her, answered us quickly. We love it.

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.

We were very well received by Daniel and his wife, in all the accommodations that I have already stayed with, I have never been so well received, very polite and antecious, impeccable apartment, great beds and pillows , complete kitchen outside the pampering he left for the children, I hope to have the opportunity to return again in his lodging, Daniel is a score of 1,000 .

We stayed at Danielle's apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is modern, well equipped, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay, including a kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home. The wifi was also reliable. The location is great, just a short 5 minute stroll to a lovely white sand beach and there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on your doorstop. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Danielle's as she is an outstanding host. Kind, friendly, very well organised and really goes out of her way to make her guest stay a memorable one. Whilst Danielle lives 3 hours from the apartment, she is always quick to respond to messages and her family and Mauro ( who takes care of the apartments day to day) are there to help you with anything you might need help with. Danielle owns a number of apartment in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them as you will feel right at home.

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely be back.
