Beachfront holiday rental in Cabo San Lucas

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

Everything seemed accessible, nice and comfortable, the only situation we didn't like was that we had to wait until very late to be able to access the apartment.

We had an awesome stay at Brenda’s Airbnb!Excellent location behind a security gate (with guards) in Pedregal. Felt super safe with my 1 year old. Easy to walk to the marina, tons of restaurants and shops. The private pool and view were amazing! Their place is beautifully decorated as well. Highly recommend!

Great spot, super close to beach! Clean, spacious, and comfortable property.

Lovely property that was clean and extremely well equipped. So many rentals come with nothing in the cupboards, so it was refreshing that there were many supplies available. The room and patio have a great view of the ocean (we could see the whales!) and good privacy. As the building is one of the ones closer to the road, there can be some road noise on the patio, but not too bad. We stayed 5 nights in early March. It is a little confusing at first, what hotel amenities you have access to and what you don't. The Gym requires a hotel pass and the hotel wants to charge $30US for a single person visit (that was a nope and not the host's fault). Poolside service was good, with ok pricing. Most people on property are all-inclusive. We had a good lunch in the lower, open-air restaurant, and a horrible dinner in the Mexican restaurant. Most people we talked to felt the on-site food was acceptable. Summary - a great host and room, as described. Lots of good restaurants a short drive away.

Big space, great location. Needs a bigger bed or a second one, but good value and host. Thx!

They are already several years renting in the same place and the truth will continue to be as it is a very quiet and beautiful place to have a good time with the family

Wow! Just wow. Karly's place was absolutely beautiful. The perfect place for a romantic getaway for my partner and I. It looked exactly like the pictures (possibly even better) and felt very private. We woke up to ocean views every day and felt like we were in paradise. We especially appreciated Karly's recommendations and the espresso. The airbnb is stocked with everything you'll need; complex is clean, safe and quiet; and 24 hour security was friendly and wonderful to have. Romero was excellent. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back to stay at Karly's place!

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

Matthew was responsive and very helpful with suggestions ! His place had all kinds of extra amenities! We will be back

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

I live in a small town an hour North, so I know the area well. Just needed a spot to relax closer to the airport for travel arrangements. The location is great, it's very close to everything you need, but not in the middle of the hotel zone. There are many restaurants, groceries - really anything you need - very nearby. And the access to the beach is a very short trip across the road. The views from the balconies are incredible, the condo is spotlessly clean, the communication was incredible, and the pool was empty the whole time I was there and very clean and well cared for. There are a lot of stairs, as was mentioned in the description, but I found this to be a good thing after a nice big lunch at 7 Seas oceanfront restaurant just up the street on the beach (highly recommend - also listed under restaurant options). If you want something casual that lets you feel like you live in Cabo, this is the spot!

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated! It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the tasteful decor made it feel extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept wonderfully each night. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee while enjoying the stunning ocean view—the unit is set back just enough from the pool to feel peaceful and private. The property manager was kind, patient, and very helpful in answering all our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we might choose a location a bit closer to town.

Yes it’s true; all the 5 star reviews regarding this property and the host are legit :) Ben is an awesome communicator and an accommodating and gracious host. The apartment is very well equipped (one of the “tells” is stainless steel kitchen stuff - Ben did not skimp and we made regular use of his coffee machine). A Million dollar location right on the beach, the roaring sound of the ocean and incredible sea views from the balcony are all part of the package. High speed WiFi was available to take care of any work related stuff. For transportation, Ben advised that he has a trusted driver who can take care of airport related transfers and that worked out well. Ben also suggested that Uber would be a sound choice instead of renting a car. The latter was a great tip since the Uber network in the area is excellent with most trips to outstanding restaurants costing USD5 to 7. (Much more to share but Character limit reached - we will be back)

Just returned from an amazing stay at Dean’s place. It was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfy, very spacious with no clutter. The kitchen had everything that we needed from a Keurig machine (stocked w/coffee pods), pots, pans, silverware, basically everything that you’d have at home. There’s also a closet filled with beach toys, cooler and floating pool bed. The balcony is dreamy! The view is breathtaking and there’s a ton of space to lounge out there after a day of fun in the sun. As for the resort - wow! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff onsite were all so kind, welcoming and respectful. Note that there is a market onsite which is very helpful to have, but be aware that it is VERY expensive. My recommendation is to take a $5 uber to the Super Chedraui located 5 mins away via car and stock up on all of your essentials. My family felt super safe in the neighborhood. Great place, 100% accurate photos. You're right on top of the marina so if you're taking boat trips, the location makes it so easy. Security is top notch, there are guards around at all times of the day. You're right in downtown so lots of restaurants within walking distance. The one con is what everyone talks about: the main bedroom faces the marina and it doesn't quite down until about 10-10:30pm. There is also morning yoga at 8am downstairs on Saturday mornings, so you'll hear it if you're a light sleeper.

We celebrated my birthday with 2 other couples here for about a week. It was the perfect place to spread out and lounge. The huge rooftop is a spectacular place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was nicely done. The supermarket next to the development was so wonderful. We shopped there at least 4 times! This house is located around so many cool places to eat, and drink. We loved The pink restaurant called La Taquiza, it was so delicious. We liked having a chef cook for us on our last night there. However, we recommend doing it earlier during your stay because there were so many leftovers we couldn’t get through. We had it for breakfast but we could have kept eating it for days. The place was secure and convenient. Uber drivers were available within a minute we recommend this house to everyone.

The house was spacious and nice! Great pool and hot tub. We had our own concierge with the house, Dario, who was amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and booked us all of our reservations. There is a lot to do on the property. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart from the host to get around the property.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

We had an awesome time at Kristi's condo! We found that the placement was comfortable and peaceful further away from the busy beach, marina, and downtown scene. We enjoyed walking and felt safe coming and going from the gated complex. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful. The beach umbrella was much appreciated! The pool was also nice and we liked the first floor location to walk out to the pool. Relaxing and we enjoyed our stay!
