Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cabo San Lucas

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

The place is very nice and quiet, we really enjoyed the stay in the place. We found everything very clean and the pool area is very nice.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spacious, clean, and very welcoming—perfect for our group. Sarah, our host, made sure check-in and check-out were seamless, and was always available if we had questions. Issac, our concierge, was incredibly responsive and helped us plan several activities, including transportation from the airport, a private chef for breakfast and dinners, and more. Everything went smoothly, and the whole experience was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for any large group looking to have a great time!

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

A house that really conveys peace, perfect for the whole family, the beds are really comfortable! I always look for that kind of extra and I was delighted! Highly recommended! PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Great place to rest, isolated from city noise, good water pressure and temperature, balcony is fabulous for relaxing, appliances are enough, all very good.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved that it had an umbrella available (it saved us from the sun!), Alexa to control the TV and lights, which made everything more practical and modern. It also had a cooler, which was a super plus. Everything was clean, well cared for and Edith was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay! Genesis accurately describes her place. Despite the space (tiny spot), the room has all essential amenities and more. I really enjoyed the place. I highly recommend, besides the location and accessibility. By far this has been the most complete place. Never had I been received so warmly. I live in Los Cabos and I know some spots to see, however Genesis provides a booklet with information for tourists. I loved it 🥰

10/10 stay! This place is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views and matches the pictures. The location was super convenient and close to everything. There is a grocery store right next to the place that is 24 hrs also. You are also close to restaurants and close to downtown, the marina, etc. It's a very safe place. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location Super private community (gated) 15 minute straight shot to the marina Right next to a 24hr grocery store (Soriana) If you go to the marina I would recommend you park in the public parking lot next to the Cultural Pavilion of the Republic building (15 pesos/hr instead of the 100+ other places want to charge) it’s also 24hr and secure!

It was such a treat to stay here, loved the peace and quiet area. Great location not far from everything we wanted to do. Would for sure stay here again when it’s time to go to Cabo again.

Fernando’s place was perfect for our stay. We had two comfortable spots for working from home. The rooftop was a great amenity. And it was very walkable to excellent restaurants. Definitely suggest staying here! He was a great host.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described. Great view from the balcony. The rooftop amenities were great. Building staff was kind and friendly, we felt very safe. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance and a short uber to the beach. Fernando was wonderful and very helpful! Highly recommend this place!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.

Great space! We visit with two other couples and had a private chef stop by (Tez) for a kick off dinner. The condo is spacious, but our friends did end up staying elsewhere, using the condo as a hang out spot. The kitchen is well appointed, the AC is cold, and the beds are comfy. We were all obsessed with the outdoor space, which is to die for. I wish I knew - that the master bathroom is an open concept with no privacy to the toilet and that a non Costco very very large grocery store was also very close (walking). No need to grab groceries on your way in, this 24hr store has all of your needs taken care of. The location is close to town with all the crazy! 10/10 we would go back.

Staying at Sara's was as easy as it comes! The place was in a great location, walkable (and a short ride) from a ton to do. The condo building had a beautiful pool area, and they were kind enough to offer a welcome drink. Sara was incredibly proactive, making it simple to figure out parking, get checked in, and venture out and about. I'm so glad I stayed with her!

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning ocean‑view condo! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the famous Arch — truly a “million‑dollar view” that didn’t disappoint.
