Large house with 24 hr. security at front gate. Great location, walkable to nightlife locations and marina. Will stay again with a larger party, will sleep 16 people very easily. Responsive host and friendly maid service. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The community was lovely and having access to a small gym was a great add for the group. Marco was extremely responsive and helpful with all our needs [from needing a doctor / IV for one of the girls who got the flu to grabbing groceries to arranging transportation]. The level of service was felt and appreciated. It was great to have a daily cleaning (which we did not get at the other Villa we rented earlier in the week). There is a little construction close to the Villa, but I didn’t impact our stay (we barely noticed it). Finally, the Villa does not have filtered water so we had to purchase ice and bottled water for the trip (you can make it work, but should just be prepared)!

This is a great spot in Quivara. With the patio doors open, the kitchen / living / patio space is an amazing setup with a beautiful view.

Santiago was great to stay with. Our place in Palmilla was beautiful, extremely accessible, and a great place for our group to stay together. We had access to all the community amenities, Santiago was very responsive for any and all questions or issues and was able to resolve a snafu before we arrived. All in all I’d recommend staying here to all, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we come back!

Perfect place to stay. The best option compared to anything else we saw in Cabo. Beautiful house and gated community, but still very close walk to downtown and all our activities. It was a perfect place to bond with family and loved ones. Thank you for giving us a home in Cabo!

Close to town, groceries, and beach via a 10 minute Uber. Private place with spectacular view of the mountains and ocean. Newly built and very modern.

Beautiful home in a neighborhood of families living in Cabo. The home held five people with ease. Very spacious. Close to groceries, restaurants with an easy drive into Cabo San Lucas. You would want to have a car to access all you want to do. We travelled from Todo Santos to San Jose del Cabo with ease. Visited many beautiful beaches from there as well.

La estancia estuvo súper cómoda, la pasamos increíble mi familia y yo . Todo estaba súper cómodo y seguro lo mejor de todo es que la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Solo el agua caliente se terminaba súper rápido, Pero de ahí en más está increíble ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superrr responsive. We had a couple of issues and they were super quick to attend to all our needs. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the fact that the king bedroom with the double bed, was in fact the master bedroom. Something to think about when planning, but other than that the house was great and the location was superb! Would totally stay again. 5 stars from me (:

loved the house. My only problem was all the stairs but that's just because I'm elderly. The back patio and pool was my favorite place.The view was spectacular. The only other problem was the construction going on, but that was beyond your controll. Carlos was very helpful.we all had a great time .

This was such an incredible experience! 9 of us girls stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was better than we could have expected. Not only is the accommodation so much better than the pictures, but the services available through the concierge are amazing. We had them organize a chef for us, which was absolutely delicious food, so convenient and well priced. We also had them stock groceries and alcohol for us which was perfectly done and very well priced as well, and we had them set up a shuttle for us we could call 20-30 mins before we needed them and they were on time every time. It was truly the best experience we could have had! Thank you so much to the hosts!

Lovely villa right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas! Walkable distance to everything which was super convenient. We were shocked that we couldn’t hear the downtown festivities from our place but it was always pretty quiet inside. The place is huge and was perfect for our bachelorette group. Our hosts were super accommodating and let us have a late check out. Highly recommend!

We had the type of experience that has you checking your calendars to figure out when we could come back before we even left. The space was well kept, clean, and had lots of extras to make our family feel at home. We enjoyed the games, puzzles, books, and other thoughtful extras that made staying here even more enjoyable for our family. Barbara was very responsive with messages, was proactive with information we might need, made recommendations for shopping, eating and more. She even went above and beyond when we realized a kid left a valuable behind as we were boarding our flight, and coordinated with another family to get it back to us. Talk about exceptional kindness, care and the type of host you want looking out for you. We will definitely be coming back!

Lolo and Carrie’s place was perfect! The photos were great but it was even better in person. The whole place was well stocked and clean. From kitchens to bathroom and pool/beach gear. The upstairs living area was stocked with games for the whole family. We took 10 people with us and it never felt crowded. Ubers were a quick ride to the marina/ main beach and back. The pool at the villa was perfect. My kids loved going out at night to swim after a long day. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Santiago’s place for my cousins bachelorette! It felt like at home and the rooms are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and if we come back would love to book it again! You will not be disappointed, very responsive host when you message him!

Wonderful place to stay in Cabo. Pool outdoor area was amazing.

This home is absolutely beautiful both inside and outside. The view can’t be beat. We travelled with our 3 adult children/spouse/significant others. The bedroom and 2 casitas are equally lovely. So many positives…beautiful outdoor area, comfortable furniture, lovely decor, well stocked kitchen, linens/towels plentiful. Marzia was very helpful setting up tours, booking dinner reservations and answering my many questions. Viktor catered for us 2 evenings. We arrived in the evening and he brought dinner shortly after our arrival. It made it so easy. He cooked for us our last night there. The food was delicious. We used Ulises for all transportation. He was always available and on time. Unfortunately, I became ill during our stay and was hospitalized. Sharla allowed us to use one of the casitas after our vacation was over. We will forever be grateful for her generosity. It was one less thing for us to worry about during a very stressful time.

Highly recommended! Gabe’s place is exactly as pictured. There was a total of 8 of us visiting and we all felt right at home. The place was located in a great location and we felt very safe. Check in was a breeze. The home can equipped with everything that we needed. I would definitely book again when visiting Cabo.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this villa !!! The host was very flexible with allowing an early check in time since we arrived to Los Cabos very early. He Met us at the villa for check in, gave us a very thorough tour, and answered all the questions we had. The villa was clean, comfortable, safe and the esthetics were amazing. This villa made our vacation remarkable !! Definitely will book again

Jorge’s place was amazing! He was 1 call or text away anytime I needed him, he was a fantastic host for us and provided us with a spectacular place to stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy céntrica, está a 40 minutos del aeropuerto, y 15 minutos del puerto. Cerca del alojamiento hay varios supermercados donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites para tu estadía. Cuenta con Jacuzzi y alberca 10/10, cuenta con asador de gas y una cocina muy equipada. Nuestros anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos en ayudarnos con cualquier situación, definitivamente volveremos.
