Monthly Rentals in Cabo Velas District

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Kaza Tortuga. The home was beautiful, clean, and modern. It felt private and safe. It was nice having two bathrooms and the outdoor shower. We enjoyed the sounds of the rainforest (including very loud frogs and some barking dogs) but if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. I appreciated having a washer and dryer because I like to pack light. I also prefer being away from the hustle and bustle but be aware it’s about a 15-25 minute drive one-way if you want to go out to eat (I highly recommend Restaurante Tandoor on Calle 911 in Potrero). Pro tip: if you want to go to Playa Conchal you have to access it by walking via Brasilito Beach. You will be hassled to pay unofficial parking lot guards at “Parqueo Playa Conchal” (on Google maps). If you choose to park there you should haggle for a lower price. You can also park at “Playa conchal access parking” but it’s a longer, sweatier walk.

Our family of three had a lovely time. The home was very clean, comfortable and well located near two of our favorite beaches. It was private but we didn’t feel isolated. Absolutely loved the architecture and lounge areas. Great kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. Claire was very responsive and always accessible. Highly recommend!

casa de la felicidad is a great and beautiful option to stay close to a lot of beaches, very close to playa minas which is one of my favorite beaches in Costa Rica and it has its own private small pool. the hosts are really proactive to let you know of any problem they face and respond quickly to solve them, we had an ant nest and they let us know before we reached the house and took the required measures to solve it. would def recommend the place.
