Holiday houses in Cabo Verde

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum sowie bei zahlreichen Supermärkten. Die Wohnung ist extrem neu und sauber, sie wurde erst 2024 renoviert. Man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe renoviert wurde, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es wurde an alles gedacht, was man evtl. brauchen könnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und super freundlich. Gáldar ist sehr gut gelegen, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, aber auch, um in deutlich unter einer Stunde im Süden zu sein. Der Ort erschien uns im April sehr wenig touristisch und sehr sauber. Wer eine neue, saubere Wohung im Norden der Insel sucht, welche gut erreichbar gelegen ist, macht hier nichts falsch.

Cette appartement est bien amenagé et equipé et jouit d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Si vous aimez le surf, ça commence sous la fenêtre. Pour nager, il faut aller à 1km à el Puertillo. Le coin est tranquille dans sa petite rue mais le grand axe routier GC2 n'est pas loin. On est bien placé pour les balades en montagne jusqu'à Guayedra, Pozo de las Nieves, Bandama ou Guayadeque. On est dans un quartier très local, loin des usines à touristes de Maspalomas. On aime! On serait bien resté un mois de plus!

La casa è bellissima, esattamente come in foto. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, l'ideale per chi ha bisogno di staccare per un po' la spina lontano dal mainstream turistico. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza con tutti i comfort. Il paesaggio visibile dalla terrazza è da sogno. Fernando è un padrone di casa eccellente e gentilissimo, ci ha accolti con informazioni utili ed è stato sempre raggiungibile quando abbiamo avuto qualche domanda. Consigliatissimo.

Un endroit absolument magnifique au calme, en peine nature, sans voisins directs. Cela méritait largement les quelques kilomètres de montée depuis la mer. Logement spacieux et bien équipé avec une terrasse splendide. Notre hôtesse a été fantastique. Une expérience que nous recommandons fortement.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a very quiet area in the north of Gran Canaria, located directly on a smooth pebble beach which is very popular for surfing - so if that's what you're here for, this apartment is unbeatable! There's not much around the local area in terms of town to walk to - shops etc. So if you like being in the "bustle" this isn't for you, but supermarkets are about a 20 minute drive away, and both Agaete and Las Palmas for example are 25-30 minutes away in either direction. Please also be aware that the north of the island can be a bit more cloudy and not as warm as the south etc... we were surprised by the difference! But it's very dramatic and beautiful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels etc... nice kitchen, although the dishwasher didn't work - we were told it would be repaired the next day, or day after, but this was not done in the end unfortunately. The views from the apartment are absolutely fantastic - plus great host.

We had a great Week in Riccardos Apartment. He welcomed us very warmly and had a bunch of good recommendations for us on what to do on the island. We apartment is even cozier than the pictures and we felt feely comfortable. You can tell Riccardo actually thought about required tools and similar and the apartment is really well equipped. Also the internet is quiet fast, which is always nice. The aparment is right next to the promenade of the beach and is in walking distance to the local surf spot vagabundos. Locals seem very friendly as well. We would return gladly any time, thank you Riccardo for having us.

Perfekt för 3 pappor med 4st 20-åriga söner att ha som bas för olika aktiviteter som marlinfiske, cykling, paddel, golf, bad och bilturer. Väldigt bra trädgård med olika platser och sköna loungemöbler, och en uppvärmd liten pool att svalka sig i. Stor veranda med bra grill för barbecue, poker och skrönor. Parkering för 2 bilar. Rummen är rymliga och ligger orienterade mot trädgården, alla med egen ingång och wc/dusch, väldigt bra! Finns en liten affär med nybakat bröd på morgonen och dricka/is till kvällen på området. Bästa restaurangen vi besökte under vår veckolånga vistelse visade sig ligga närmst och påväg ner mot den lokala stranden, heter Guantanamo, en av få restauranger jag kan rekommendera efter 2 besök på Gran Canaria. De flesta restauranger vi besökt med bra omdömen är sådär till ok men G var riktigt bra vällagad mat och skön stämning, fick den rekommenderad på paddelklubben. Stan/vår värd har varit snabb att svara på frågor och väldigt tillmötesgående.
