The apartment is exactly as advertised, matches the pictures. Everything impeccable, a perfect whim. It was all set to welcome us, thinking of every detail, including us who have a child, she left a perfect tuft. We felt very welcome. She's a sweetheart. Certainly super we recommend the apartment.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out was super flexible and the hosts were very helpful. I just missed more towels and rugs, but overall the experience was great. I recommend it!

Very cozy apartment, one of the best places in the hotel, close to the pool, game room, kids area, exit to the beach. The incredible view, too, for the pools and sea. The hotel in Si is a delight, calm, organized. Next to the hotel there is also a Foodtrucks area with plenty of options. I highly recommend it, a great place to go with the family.

It's identical to pictures. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. We had some doubts and he quickly answered our questions. The studio is clean, tidy and has everything you need to stay a few days: appliances, kitchen utensils, oil, salt, clean towels and toilet paper. All for two people. It has air conditioning, parking and a clothesline on the balcony. Downstairs is the bar and there are live bands some days, but it ends at 12 so it's not annoying. The downside: you can hear the noise from the other apartments. And I would add a washer/dryer, because the climate does not help to dry clothes. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

I'm lucky to travel to several countries and many Airbnbs throughout the year. But I've never come across an apartment as well-equipped as Tais'. The level of equipment it has is impressive. Everything works perfectly, the quality of the appliances, the comfort of the bed (I am 1.8m and weigh 105kg, I find it difficult to sleep comfortably, but here I have been able to rest very well!). Everything is awesome. Tais responds quickly. She even gave us a complimentary housekeeping in the middle of our stay. The complex where the apartment is located is of an excellent standard, an incredible pool and 24-hour monitored security. If we go back to Cachoeira, I have no doubt that we will return to this apartment!

The apartment is a luxury, in a nutshell. It has all the amenities, private entrance to the beach, beach items, all the rooms have sea view. super equipped and has 24h concierge. all very attentive. 100% recommended, we will definitely come back.

The accommodation was everything we needed and everything that was in the description! The location is great and very close to the beach and restaurants, yet the atmosphere is super quiet! The house was in perfect condition and Daiana was very kind to us! We'll definitely be back soon! ❤️

The apartment is on the seafront, very well equipped and with everything that was needed for the kitchen and so on. The host maintained good communication and availability. The area is busy at night as expected for Canasvieiras.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

The apartment is lovely, well done and near the beach and restaurants. I stayed there for 10 days with my husband and my baby and we had a great, peaceful time. Gustavo went above and beyond to meet our needs. The beach kit is an extra that makes a huge difference!

The apartment matched the photos and description. New, clean, well decorated, airy, well equipped, located in a building with a great structure. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The host responded quickly, gave all the necessary directions about the location and the apartment, great communication. Always very kind, we had flexibility in the dates and time of entry. I intend to return.

I am an architect and I was enchanted by the aesthetics of the space — a beautiful curation of design furniture, all very well thought out and harmonious. The balcony was a charm in itself: we had breakfast there every day and it was delicious to start the day like this. The location is also great, with easy access to the beach. A perfect stay!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Very nice place, we loved the stay, as we like to prepare meals at home we had no problem, because the kitchen is very complete, a beautiful view of the sunrise, warm shower, comfortable bed 💗
