Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Enjoy a luxury experience in the heart of the famous and lively carnaval neighbourhood of La Viña, a 2 minute walk (100m) from the picturesque Caleta beach. Next to the popular La Palma street. Very well situated with bars, restaurants, shops, etc. A welcoming apartment fully equipped. Sofa bed and open plan kitchen living space. Air conditioning and wifi throughout the apartment. Ideal base for enjoying the beach, terraces and meandering walks through the historic streets of the old town.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

First line beach placed refurbished apartment

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
