El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La tranquilidad de la plaza contrasta con la alegría de los restaurantes de las calles Sopranis y Plocia, y del Ayuntamiento. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Existe aparcamiento subterráneo en la plaza del Ayuntamiento a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento está situado en la ruta turística número 1. Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
