Monthly Rentals in Caelian Hill

We spent 2 nights at Matteo's apartment when we arrived in Rome after a long transatlantic flight. Everything was perfect when we arrived and we were able to rest to recover quietly from the jet lag. We really enjoyed the recommendations of restaurants and things to do in Rome explained by Matteo. The area was quiet and we were only a 10min walk from a metro. We would recommend this listing!

Beautiful air conditioned apartment located close to the Colosseum and public transport. The apartment itself however is tucked into a private, quiet street which was great to retreat to after a day of exploring! Manuela and Gabriele were some of the best hosts we’ve had, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with excellent local tips and suggestions, organising transport and providing other thoughtful amenities. We will never forget our stay, and highly recommend to others considering this listing!

Nice and clean apartment. Good location with bus stations nearby and the subway about 10 minutes' walk. Excellent view and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. In the evenings, it is very quiet and peaceful to rest. Access to supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly to messages. I would definitely come back.

Very kind and friendly host, attentive to us during the week we were in Rome. The house is clean, with clean sheets and towels, and an extra set of towels in case we need them. About 15-20 minutes walk to the Coliseum. We were there in June and it was very hot, but we rested very well having air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living room (sofa bed) Bus stops nearby to go to more distant places.
