Monthly Rentals in Caggiano

We stayed with Cristina as part of a month of travel and her home was the standout. Cristina makes a real effort to connect with guests and to share her family's story (and the story of this home) At a time when Airbnb's are increasingly clinical-feeling, cookie-cutter investment properties, what Cristina does is truly special. Practically speaking, the home is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the sun on the east-facing balcony in the morning and the coolness inside the thick stone walls when we came back from long days of hiking and exploring historical sites. The kitchen is small so it's a little challenging to cook as a group but the dining area is very comfortable. The town of Bucino is lovely and we enjoyed walking around, visiting the local bakery, and eating pizzas at one of Cristina's recommended restaurants. Bucino is also good place from which to explore the Cilento. We felt very well-cared for during our stay and hope to return in the future.

I had an excellent stay at Giang and Claudio's place in Sant'Angelo! The space was beautiful both inside and out, and I appreciated its modernity with updated kitchen appliances, A/C, heat, and outlets everywhere. The balcony was the best part where you can sit outside in the sun and overlook the street. Giang and Claudio also opened up their home for me to eat lunch and try homemade, delicious Vietnamese food--an experience also offered in this booking! They were both very hospitable and communicative throughout my stay. I'd book with them again!

Sunday was a great host, very helpful, welcoming and kind. The house is located in the heart of the charming historic center of Caggiano and is cared for in every detail. From the bedroom window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the underground valleys. Highly recommended

Birds, an occasional dog barking, and sometimes a hungry sheep bleating to be fed, are the only sounds we heard at this peaceful farmhouse. The farmhouse was built by the grandfather and until Mario and Antonietta retired and moved into the village, this was the family home. We loved going into the village of San Gregonio to eat, walking in the country lanes, and sitting at the outdoor table drinking coffee as the sun rose. Don't miss this chance to experience the Italian countryside, the warmth of your hosts, the village and the food! We highly recommend staying at the farmhouse.
