Monthly Rentals in Caio Tiberio Gracco

Elisabetta was very nice and friendly with us, from the beginning. On the last day, we could stay as long as we wanted, as they had no other reservations for the day. Thank you again. We were together for a whole week. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet, calm neighborhood, but there are still many things to find near the apartment. Rome's city center is easily accessible by public transport. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and can only leave a positive comment! The owner was really kind and always available, the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, we immediately felt at home. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need. An experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and hospitable place for their stay!

House is very big may be bigger than what photo suggests. Most of the touristy places in Rome are 30 min drive and very convenient but you need to have a vehicle ( at least what i feel). Some of the drawbacks are already covered in other reviews so wont talk about it more. Overall a great place and highly recommended

Sabrina is a great host . very fast in response to our need . the place was very clean and cute . although the place is not close the tourist attractions arena. but it's not difficult to take bus 46 or 49 916. very convenient take us around 34 to 45 mins . the shop around the place . people are very friendly even not everyone speaks English. love the place and Sabrina . will recommend
